This bathroom in Bartlett said goodbye to outdated tiling and faucets, and hello to a new modern design with the help of Sunny Construction & Remodeling.
This master bathroom remodel in Bartlett shows how thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship can completely change the feel of a space. The original bathroom felt closed off and outdated. Because of that, Sunny Construction & Remodeling focused on creating a brighter layout, cleaner lines, and better daily functionality.
Instead of overcomplicating the design, we kept things simple and intentional. As a result, the bathroom now feels modern, open, and easy to maintain. The black-and-white color palette adds contrast while still keeping the space timeless. More importantly, every upgrade was chosen for comfort and long-term durability.
Here’s what we updated in this Bartlett bathroom remodel:
- Walk-in shower – Larger footprint for easier access and a more open feel
- Black hexagon mosaic tile floor – Adds texture, contrast, and slip resistance
- White subway tile walls – Brightens the space and keeps the design clean
- Recessed shower niches – Built-in storage keeps products organized
- Rain shower head & handheld – Better water coverage and flexibility
- Half-height tiled shower wall – Defines the shower while keeping the room open
- Double vanity – More storage and counter space for everyday use
- Dark vanity cabinets – Strong contrast against the light finishes
- Quartz countertops – Durable, low maintenance, and easy to clean
- Updated bathtub surround – Clean tile finish for a cohesive look
- New bathroom flooring – Smooth, bright surface that ties everything together
Additionally, careful tile layout and precise installation helped the space feel balanced and polished. Because tile work plays such a big role in bathroom durability, we used proven installation methods and waterproofing systems in our work. At the same time, the layout improvements made the bathroom easier to use every day. The shower feels more spacious. Storage is more practical. And the overall flow of the room simply makes sense now.
